On the morning of April 16, 2024, BOHO Décor, in collaboration with the Investor – Viglacera Van Hai Joint Stock Company and Supervision Consultant Apave, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Van Hai Luxury Eco-Tourism Resort Project – Package: Supply, construction, finishing, and interior furnishing for a cluster of 18 private villas. The project boasts an impressive scale with 156 hotel rooms (Phase 1 already completed), 37 standalone villas, along with a beachfront system of restaurants and resort amenities.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1 – delivering fully finished interiors for 156 hotel rooms and public areas – the Investor continues to place its trust in BOHO Décor as the general contractor for the new package of 18 villas. The scope of work includes construction finishing, MEP systems, swimming pool technology, and interior fit-out.
