Job description

• Support the Sourcing team in implementing sample collection and obtaining quotations from suppliers for assigned samples.
• Support the delivery, receipt, arrangement, and classification of material samples and the sample presentation process.
• Track documents if required.
• Contact suppliers and set up meeting schedules.
• Other support tasks (if required).

Requirement

• Good communication skill
• Use MS software well. (specialized software for professor positions)
• English is a plus
• Practice time is at least 5 days/week
• Have a laptop
