The core value “People-Oriented” is always evident in the development of BOHO Décor, particularly through the emphasis on the safety of our employees.
As part of the “Overview of Interior Design” training program developed by the BOHO team, the “Workplace Safety” workshop was held on June 30 and July 6, 2024, emphasizing the motto “Safety is everyone’s responsibility.”
The training session shared insights about BOHO’s safety culture, which is built through the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
Safety culture is a vital aspect always prioritized by BOHO, implemented through a clear process based on state standards and regulations.
Given the main working environments at BOHO, including construction sites, offices, and factories, all safety requirements specific to each job are met, including electrical safety, fire safety, machinery safety, and working-at-heights safety.
This workshop helps BOHO employees understand the causes of accidents in construction, factory, and office environments, thereby enhancing workplace safety and learning risk prevention measures.
Employees are equipped not only with theoretical knowledge on timely incident response but also with practical exercises, including emergency drills and the implementation of safety procedures, raising awareness about the importance of workplace safety in the interior design industry.
