It is challenging to summarize the U.S. market in a few lines, but it is indeed a demanding and trend-driven market.”

Challenges faced and initial success

BOHO is a newcomer in the highly competitive U.S. wooden furniture export market. Pararrelly, the shipment of a total of 24 containers of furniture thus far serves as evidence of our initial success.

In the effort to introduce a Vietnamese brand to a demanding market like the United States, BOHO has sourced unique materials for this order, passed stringent inspections (achieving FSC certification), and optimized the production process. Moreover, BOHO has demonstrated its commitment to progress and attention to detail by addressing the challenges related to electrical standards in U.S. furniture, including usage habits and the arrangement of electrical devices within the furniture.

Additionally, expanding to B2C business model required BOHO to adapt to new packaging methods to protect products, ensuring they reach the end consumer safely with zero to minimal damage. With every cargo shipped, is another chance for us to optimize our shipping procress for future projects. Ultimately, BOHO team has found effective solutions to optimize the export process, contributing to customer trust and satisfaction.
